The XYZ 500 series micropositioner is the most popular model we offer. The XYZ 500 manipulators are available in many configurations. We have split them into several categories for ordering. They can be configured in a variety of ways so don't let the options shown hinder your creativity. If you don't see ask we have probably already have a solution for you.
Screw adjust micro positioners and translation stages
XYZ 500 TRS, XYZ 500 TLS and XYZ 500 TIS are full test positioners and come complete with magnetic base, short test arm holder and a test arm setup with needle to do DC probing. Screw options can be configured in 40, 80, or 100 threads per inch. All of the units are shipped at 80 TPI unless otherwise specified.
Micrometer adjust micro positioners and translation stages
The XYZ 500 TRM, XYZ 500 TLM and the XYZ 500 TIM are full test positioners and come complete with magnetic base, short test arm hold and a test arm setup with a needle to do DC probing. Motion is controlled by three micrometer heads available with .01mm resolution.
Low Profile XYZ 500
This option is for the height restricted areas. The Z axis control has been moved to the side for a lower profile. We also offer this unit with any of the accessories and probe arm options that fit all of our other translation stages.
